We really got lucky with Michael and his team from The Closers. This group is truly great with all the big things AND all the little things.

For us, it started with pricing our home. We had two potential agents and the first one suggested a starting price $50K less than the price we wanted to start with. Michael did his investigation and then didn't hesitate to agree with us that a higher starting price was the way to go. Two days later we had 2 offers ABOVE that high starting price!

And then there were the little things. Michael knows how to stage a home and, while it was certainly important for him to tell us all the little things we SHOULD DO, he also told us the things that we DIDN'T HAVE TO DO. If you've ever been through the chaos of selling a home while preparing to move to another one (!!) you'll really appreciate this.

Also, this may sound a little geeky but The Closers did an AMAZING job creating a slick photo/video tour of our home and had it circulating everywhere in a matter of days. Our place has never looked better than in that video, and there's no question that this helped attract buyers to our home.

Finally, Michael constantly communicated with us about EVERYTHING from start-to-finish - and his recommended lawyer was also incredible at making sure we knew each and every step as we moved from the offer to closing.

We had the most amazing experience working with Michael Santos. We were selling our home long distance from Florida. (Home was in MA). He took care of everything from what we were going to keep in the sale via FaceTime to calls to checking on sewer betterments from the town etc. We never once worried about something not being taken care of. We started working with Jason in March 2021 after I accepted a new job in MA and had decided to relocate our family from NJ to MA.
